Ants Lowe is the General Manager Operations at Drowning Prevention Aotearoa (DPA).

A lifelong water enthusiast, Ants developed a deep love and respect for wai from a young age. With extensive diving industry experience, Ants has taught many people to stay safe in, around, or on the water. At DPA, he has led over 50 hazard assessments nationwide, raising awareness and promoting water safety for our diverse communities. Passionate about making a difference, Ants champions access to evidence-based and culturally appropriate water safety programmes.

Prior to reengaging with the water safety sector, Ants worked in the disability sector for 12 years for New Zealand’s largest provider of services for people with intellectual disabilities and their whānau.
