Ben Hayward is Chief Executive of Fulton Hogan New Zealand, leading a team of more than 6,500 people delivering infrastructure that helps communities connect, grow and thrive.  

With more than 20 years’ experience across New Zealand and Australia, his experience covers a wide range of sectors, with a strong focus on the infrastructure communities rely on every day.

Ben is committed to practical, collaborative approaches that deliver resilient infrastructure and better long-term outcomes for New Zealanders.

He also serves on the Board of Infrastructure New Zealand, contributing to wider conversations about the long-term opportunities and challenges facing the country.
