Two days of inspiring local leadership.
SuperLocal celebrates giving power and decision-making back to communities. We are delighted to welcome keynote speakers Sophie Howe, the former Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, New Zealand’s very own futurist Frances Valintine and Abbas Nazari former Afghan refugee who fled the Taliban.
Breakout sessions on risk, resilience and recovery, asset management in times of change, funding and financing will challenge and inspire your thinking.
Our election-year political debate will set the tone of the campaign and give you a chance to inject your voice.

This is a rare opportunity to hear from Jamie Simmonds, an engineer who is helping move communities in Australia and Renata Hakiwai who has helped develop a full recovery plan which includes a managed retreat plan for Omahu Marae and their hapū. You'll also get a chance to ask them all those gnarly questions that have been bubbling away! |
