Daniel is a Principal Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he leads policy improvements on infrastructure funding and financing to support urban growth.

He began his career as a resource management lawyer before transitioning into public policy. Over the past 15 years, Daniel has held policy roles at the Ministry for the Environment, the Treasury, and now at HUD.
