Mark founded Ockham Residential in 2009, with a vision for the city’s future underpinned by the ethos: to reimagine urban communities. Ockham has delivered over 1,400 apartments across 18 developments.  Mark has been a consistent advocate for the industry and has shown a fierce commitment to a quality, compact city through numerous submissions to both local and central government. 

The property industry has benefited from Mark’s advocacy and future-focussed approach.  He has played a key role in leading the apartment industry and made an enormously positive impact for our communities. Mark’s leadership, commitment, influence, and contribution to the many successful projects that cemented his place as a leader of urban regeneration for Auckland and Aotearoa.
