Natasha Wilson

Natasha is a partner in Buddle Findlay’s public, regulatory and competition law team.  She has extensive experience in advising local authorities and other public sector bodies on administrative law and good decision-making, governance matters, Local Government Act compliance, contracting, procurement and partnership arrangements (including CCO arrangements) and information obligations including under LGOIMA.  Natasha has also advised on the establishment, disestablishment and merging of a number of public sector entities (including the merger of 20 District Health Boards into Health New Zealand) and has provided advice to local government on the potential implications of the Head Start and backstop processes.
