Stephanie Styles has over 25 years' experience as a resource management consultant and as a senior local authority planner. She has a wide-ranging knowledge across all forms of statutory and spatial planning, and is skilled at finding solutions to complex planning issues. Stephanie has had considerable involvement in the administration and preparation of regional and district plans from both a policy and consenting perspective; and she has worked on energy, residential, commercial, rural, recreation, community, and coastal marine developments within a wide variety of natural and built environments.

Stephanie often manages complex plan development and consenting projects; providing guidance to applicants, technical advisors and councils.  This work can be deeply involved in public and stakeholder engagement, developing engagement plans and carrying out all types of engagement processes working with communities and elected members. She is committed to undertaking consultation processes appropriate to each project and ensuring stakeholder input into decision-making processes.
