Vajini Pannila is a Principal and Co-lead of the Civic and Communities Sector of Warren and Mahoney. Having worked globally at some of the most progressive and renowned architecture firms including Foster + Partners and Richard Rogers Partnership, she brings international best practice insight to her work, threading it with local context.

A uniquely talented designer, she currently leads the Te Manawataki o te Papa civic projects in Tauranga. She has designed and delivered numerous city-shaping projects that honour local heritage, foster community connection, and drive lasting economic and social impact.
