TICKET TYPES
- Early bird and standard tickets include all conference sessions, workshops, the exhibition, networking events, plus the Fulton Hogan SuperLocal Awards evening.
- Day tickets include one day of sessions and workshops and all breaks. They do not include the Fulton Hogan SuperLocal Awards evening.
- Exhibitor additional tickets cover conference days and functions only. They do not include workshops or the Fulton Hogan SuperLocal Awards evening.
- Event specific tickets give access to individual events only.
- All tickets must be paid in full before the event.
CHANGES OR TRANSFERS
You can update or transfer your registration by contacting Leanne Sherwood at leanne@conference.nz or 03 353 2821.
CANCELLATIONS
- Before 31 August, $150 fee.
- Between 31 August - 15 September, 50% refund.
- From 16 September, no refund.
Refunds are processed within four weeks after the conference.
Accommodation cancellations within 45 days may incur hotel fees.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Attendance is limited to elected members, council staff and those connected to local government.
- We may refuse or remove entry for inappropriate behaviour.
- Photos and video may be taken and used for promotion.
- Registration fees don’t include insurance, so you may wish to take out personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation and belongings. We take no responsibility for any financial or other losses, or injury or damage to people or property during the conference.
- In the unlikely event of changes, we may adjust the programme if needed.
