Accommodation can be booked via the registration process, if you wish to hold rooms prior to registering, please contact sarah@conference.nz.
- The rates for the rooms include a 15% tax and are charged per room per night.
- If you need to cancel your reservation within 45 days, there may be a fee based on the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Your credit card information is needed when making a reservation, but you won't be charged until you check out.
- You must pay all accommodation charges directly to the hotel before leaving. You won't receive an invoice at the time of registration.
- If you don't show up or cancel late, the hotel may charge your card for the cancellation fee.
- If your organisation has an agreement with the hotel for a chargeback, you can do this at check-out.
