The small print
TICKET TYPES
- SuperLocal full-access ticket: Gets you into all conference sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and the Fulton Hogan Premier Gala Dinner and LGNZ Awards Night.
- Community Board full-access ticket: Include access to Community Board events and dinner, workshops, exhibitions but not the Fulton Hogan Premier Gala Dinner and LGNZ Awards Night.
- Day only ticket: Grant access to one day of sessions and activities but not the Fulton Hogan Premier Gala Dinner and LGNZ Awards Night or Community Board dinner.
- Exhibitor additional ticket: Allow access to conference days and functions but not the Fulton Hogan Premier Gala Dinner and LGNZ Awards Night or Community Board dinner or workshops.
- Event specific ticket: Provide entry to individual events.
Tickets must be paid in full before the event.

CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE CONFERENCE?
You can transfer your ticket to someone else. Contact Leanne Sherwood at leanne@conference.nz or phone 03 353 2821 to arrange this.
If you need to cancel, cancellation fees apply:
- Before 12 July: $150 cancellation fee
- Between 13 July - 1 August: 50% refund
- From 2 August: no refund
Refunds will be processed within four weeks after the conference.
Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the conference incur a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
WORTH NOTING
- We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who’s not an elected member or council employee or affiliated with local government.
- We reserve the right to restrict entry to anyone who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to others.
- You might be photographed/videoed while attending the conference, and we may use those photographs/videos for promotional purposes.
- Registration fees don’t include insurance, so you may wish to take out personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation and belongings. We take no responsibility for any financial or other losses, or injury or damage to people or property during the conference.
- Member pricing applies to LGNZ members (current at the time of event).
- In the unlikely event of changes, we’ll do our best to keep the show running smoothly; however, we reserve the right to make changes to the published programme and events.
- By purchasing your ticket, you’re not only securing your spot but also agreeing to these terms.
